Click here to see the album. I found this abandoned
factory by the side of the Ohio River, along State Route 7. There was a sign
proclaiming the city to be Minersville, but I found no other evidence of a city
at that location. The closest current city is Pomeroy, a few miles to the West.
Note the crumbling smoke stack, with the bare iron rods extending from the top.
I took these pictures a number of years ago with my older camera, thus the quality difference between these and later additions to the project.
